I can't remap Q key in order to affect it for left move

Bonjour, je suis française aussi et en l'état, le jeu est injouable sur clavier azerty car lorsque l'on essaient d'assigner la lettre "Q" au mouvement à gauche, il y a un retour en arrière, et la touche n'est pas attribuée correctement.
Merci par avance de nous permettre de jouer à ce jeu que nous avons payé.
