This happened to me while mining a tunnel (I just now found out about the forum so sorry if this is old but I saw nobody say anything about this happening to them) I don’t believe I had the jet pack pack yet so I don’t think that could have been a cause. Also it was harmless as far as I know nothing was broken or gone just wanted to point this out and see if it has happened to anyone else. Also I’m on Xbox series x if that matters.
This is a known bug! Just clip back in, you're not supposed to be there haha
